Dear Dr. Harsh Sehgal,
I am very happy to write a general letter of commendation and recommendation regarding my feeling of your very high capacity as a doctor of Ayurvedic medicine.
For whom it may concern:
In the year of 2008 from february onwards, I spent 6 months in India, traveling there with a variety of 6 year old strange and painful health problems. During the time there, I met Vaidya Harsh at the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, where I was staying and practicing Kriya. He helped me immensely both to understand and deal with the physical and energetic problems I was experiencing from the timeless Ayurvedic perspective. I studied a series of compact and effective physical yoga routines with him, along with other students. As I was living at the ashram for several months, over the time period I talked with other attendees of that course and also people who made use of his Panchakarma. They all expressed satifaction at a wide variety of benefits, such as deeper and clearer mental well being, more vitality and energy flow in the body, greater peace and for those that needed – rather incredible weight loss given the time frame……to their undisguisable delight!
I spent quite a bit of time with Harsh and am very happy we quickly became good friends. I have stayed over at his house on one occasion and seen the lovely work and preparation which goes into his huge range of herbal medicines. These medicines are not only incredibly fresh, but I am certain they are of some of the highest quality found in India and the world. They have proved a great help and support to me where other medicines, both western and alternative, have seemingly been unable to and where they have to some degree been able to, his have provided a far quicker and more stable physical and energetic response.
If anyone reading this has any questions about my time there with regard to the above, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Best wishes to all!
